UTEP Bands invites you to enjoy summer with us, establishing new friendships, collaborating with peers, receiving mentorship from UTEP Department of Music faculty, and much more.
UTEP Summer Band Camps!
UTEP Bands offers the following summer camps in 2025:
- Drum Major Camp (June 16th - 19th)

$150 / camper

June 16th - 19th, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Who:
For High School students, 9th - 12th grade
Lunch not provided
Color Guard Camp
Due to unforseen circumstances, the UTEP Color Guard Camp is no longer being offered for the 2025 Summer Band Camps.
If you had registered for Color Guard Camp, be expecting an email the morning of Monday, June 9th for information on payment refunding.

Percussion Camp
Due to unforseen circumstances, the UTEP Percussion Camp is no longer being offered for the 2025 Summer Band Camps.
If you had registered for Percussion Camp, be expecting an email the morning of Tuesday, June 10th for information on payment refunding.

UTEP Summer Band Camps offers two ways of paying for camps:

Complete the online registration and payment through UTEP's secure Miner Shoppe:
- Check
Please bring a check to Camps Coordinator Coleman Spears in Fox Fine Arts M137.
Make the check out to "UTEP Department of Music - Band Area" and in the memo write "Summer Band Camps:" and what camp your student is attending (Percussion, Color Guard, Drum Major)
Waivers and Release Form:
1) Download and sign the following (fillable) documents:
2) Email all three documents to UTEP Summer Band Camps Coordinator with student's first and last name in the subject line.
