UTEP Bands invites you to enjoy summer with us, establishing new friendships, collaborating with peers, receiving mentorship from UTEP Department of Music faculty, and much more.

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION: $90 / camper

Early Bird Registration closes May 11, 2026

Regular Registation: $120 / camper

For High-School Drum Majors,

entering 9th - 12th grade

Register and Pay:

UTEP Summer Band Camps offers two ways of paying for camps:

- Credit Card

Complete the online registration and payment through UTEP's secure Miner Shoppe. Add the camper's name to the name field.

- Check

Please bring a check to Camps Coordinator Coleman Spears in Fox Fine Arts M137.

Make the check out to "UTEP Department of Music - Band Area." In the memo write "Summer Band Camps - Drum Major Camp"

Waivers and Release Form:

1) Download and sign the following (fillable) documents:

2) Email all three documents to UTEP Summer Band Camps Coordinator with student's first and last name in the subject line.
